Welcome to Atomic Lasagna! I'm so excited you’re here and that one of my magical artifacts might find a new home with you. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and other policies.
🚀 Shipping: How Fast Can This Lasagna Fly?
I like to think of artifacts as little rockets shooting off into the cosmos. Rocket ships need a little prep time to ensure they arrive safely, so here’s what you can expect:
- Processing Time: We ship orders out within 2-3 business days, because good things take a little time to bake to perfection.
- Shipping Time: Once the rocket launches, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International orders can take 2-4 weeks, depending on how fast customs clears your package.
- Tracking: As soon as your artifact begins its cosmic journey, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow its path to your door.
🛸 Returns: What If My Lasagna Doesn’t Land Right?
I totally get it, sometimes things just don’t go as planned. If your Atomic Lasagna experience wasn’t everything you dreamed of, here’s what to do:
- Damaged in Transit: Oh no! If your piece arrives looking like it got caught in a meteor shower, send us a pic within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right. Most artifacts are one-of-a-kind. We can decide together whether a replacement or a refund is most appropriate.
- Changed Your Mind? Bummer! But we understand. You have 14 days to return the item in its original, unharmed condition. Just send it back and we’ll refund you (minus shipping costs). Heads up: Custom pieces and commissions can’t be returned because they’re one-of-a-kind like you!
- Return Shipping: You’ll need to cover the shipping cost to return it to us. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll issue the refund ASAP.
🌈 Other Shop Policies
- Custom Orders/Commissions: I love creating magical artifacts especially for you! However, due to their unique nature, all sales on these orders are final. Custom orders and commissions require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping. We’ll discuss and agree to a timeframe, which can range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your request, and I’ll provide regular updates.
- Licensing: Let’s chat! Especially if you’re a coffee roaster, wine label, or cheesemonger!
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After that, we’re already too far into the creative/shipping process and can’t hit the brakes.
- Lost Packages: If the aliens steal your package, don’t worry. We’ll help track it down or send you a replacement. However, please allow for standard investigation times before we resolve the issue.
